Terms of Service

By accessing or using Pholio ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Pholio is a product portfolio platform that allows users to create a public profile page showcasing their products. The Service includes profile creation, product management, theme customization, and link sharing.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

You retain full ownership of all content you upload to Pholio, including product images, descriptions, and profile information. By using the Service, you grant Pholio a limited license to display your content as part of your public profile page. This license terminates when you delete your account.

You agree not to: • Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights • Use the Service for spam or unsolicited communications • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers • Use automated tools to access the Service without permission

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of product information displayed on your profile. Pholio does not verify product details, pricing, or availability. Pholio is not a party to any transaction between you and your clients.

Pholio strives to maintain high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pholio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Pholio in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings. When you request deletion, your account is soft-deleted and your public profile is immediately hidden. You have a 30-day grace period during which you can cancel the deletion request. After 30 days, your account and all associated data are permanently removed. Pholio reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Pholio may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
